SES Group

Sigurður Eggert Sveinsson · Odense

I build small things that make messy processes legible.

Operations, supply chain and process optimisation, built as software instead of described in a report. Everything I’ve made lives here, finished or not.

SES Quality: deviations without paper

From a digitalisation case at a packaging manufacturer to a product in service: capture at the line with a photo, alerts that escalate on silence, corrective actions worked to closure, and an audit trail that cannot be edited.

Nine things I’ve built

About

An operations person who writes code

I read Operations Management at SDU and run SES Group alongside it. That combination is the whole point: I know the production floor well enough to see what actually goes wrong, and enough software to build the thing that fixes it, instead of handing over a recommendation and going home.

Everything here was built solo, usually in the evening, usually because something annoyed me.
