The idea
A data service that can be bought like a product: a fixed price, a fixed five-day process and a fixed delivery. Three steps, each of which can be bought on its own: a spreadsheet rescue, a dashboard in a week and a KPI pack for Business Central.
Reconciliation before design
A key figure does not go on the dashboard until it agrees with the client's own system for the same period. Gross margin is weighted by revenue instead of averaging monthly percentages.
The example
To show a delivery, a complete dashboard was built for an invented wholesaler, Nordhavn Engros A/S: four key figures, five charts and three written findings. Every figure is computed from one dataset so they agree with each other, and the charts are drawn as SVG without a library.
